How does the Ab Twister work?
Ab Twister has a set of tall handlebars attached
to a padded seat via a large elastic band. When you sit on the seat
and pull the handles forward, you strengthen your abdominal muscles.
The set of handlebars also rotates in relation to the seat, so you
can work on your side obliques as well. The elastic can be adjusted
to provide three different levels of resistance, so the machine
grows with your strength.
